1(1) This general permit authorizes the following activities:
9(a) Specific activities required to affect the containment, stabilization, or removal of hazardous or toxic waste materials that are performed, ordered, or sponsored by a government agency with established legal or regulatory authority.
42(b) Court ordered remedial action plans or related settlements.
51(2) This general permit does not authorize the establishment of new disposal sites or the expansion of existing sites used for the disposal of hazardous or toxic waste.
79(3) 80The permittee must submit a notice of intent to use this general permit to the Agency prior to commencing the activity.
