62-40.510. Florida Water Plan

Effective on Monday, May 6, 2013

1(1) In cooperation with the water management districts, regional water supply authorities, and others, the Department shall develop the Florida Water Plan pursuant to Section 26373.036, F.S. 28The Florida Water Plan shall include:
34(a) The programs and activities of the Department related to water supply, water quality, flood protection and floodplain management, and natural systems;

56(b) The water quality standards of the Department;

64(c) The District Water Management Plans or District Strategic Plan;

74(d) Performance measures; and

78(e) This chapter.

81(2) At a minimum, the Florida Water Plan shall be made available on the Department’s website and updated annually.
