62-520.440. Standards for Class G-IV Ground Water

Effective on Thursday, April 14, 1994

1The Department shall specify applicable standards on a case-by-case basis for discharges to Class G-IV ground water. The minimum criteria in Rule 2362-520.400, 24F.A.C., shall not apply unless the Department determines there is danger to the environment, public health, safety or welfare.
