62-528. Underground Injection Control |
1(1) Once an application for a Class I, Class III, or major Class V well is complete, the Department shall prepare a draft permit or intent to deny the permit.
31(2) If the Department prepares a draft permit, it shall contain the following information:
45(a) The applicable general permit conditions under Rule 5362-528.307, 54F.A.C., and specific permit conditions under this chapter;
62(b) All compliance schedules under paragraph 6862-528.300(5)(c) 69and Rule 7162-528.345, 72F.A.C.; and
74(c) All monitoring requirements under Rule 8062-528.430 81or 8262-528.620, 83F.A.C.
84(3) All draft permits prepared by the Department under this section shall be accompanied by a fact sheet pursuant to Rule 10562-528.335, 106F.A.C., and shall be based on the administrative record, shall be publicly noticed pursuant to Rule 12262-528.315, 123F.A.C., and made available for public comment pursuant to Rule 13362-528.321, 134F.A.C. The Department shall give notice of an opportunity for a public meeting pursuant to Rule 15062-528.325, 151F.A.C., and respond to comments pursuant to Rule 15962-528.330, 160F.A.C.
