62-528. Underground Injection Control |
1(1) All Class V wells shall be used or operated in such a manner that they do not present a hazard to an underground source of drinking water.
29(2) Domestic wastewater effluent or reclaimed water quality shall meet the criteria established in subparagraph 4462-600.420(1)(d)2. 45and subsections 4762-600.540(2) 48and (3), or Rule 5262-610.660, 53F.A.C., as appropriate.
56(3) Pretreatment for fluids injected through existing wells shall be performed if necessary to ensure that the injected fluid does not violate the applicable water quality standards in Chapter 62-520, F.A.C., and in Monroe County, Chapter 62-302, F.A.C., when required under subsection 9862-528.630(7), 99F.A.C.
