62-528. Underground Injection Control |
1(1) Reporting requirements shall be determined by the type of well and nature of injected fluid. Where applicable, reporting shall be in accordance with Chapters 62-600 and 62-601, F.A.C.
30(2) Reporting shall be required for Group 1 – cooling water return flow wells on an open-loop system, or with additives; Group 2; Group 3; Group 4; Group 5; Group 7; Group 8 motor vehicle waste disposal wells; and Group 9 except swimming pool drainage wells.
76(3) For Group 6 wells, the permittee shall meet the reporting requirements of subsection (1) above, unless reasonable assurance is provided that underground sources of drinking water are being adequately protected.
