62-600. Domestic Wastewater Facilities |
1(1) Standards and requirements in this chapter shall apply only to domestic wastewater treatment, reuse, and disposal facilities (including biosolids management facilities). 23Any reference to wastewater facility in this chapter means a domestic wastewater facility.
36(2) The standards and requirements of Parts II and V of Chapter 62-600, F.A.C., and Rule 5262-600.500, 53F.A.C., shall be applicable to septic systems and other 62onsite closed-tank wastewater 65treatment systems with subsurface disposal regulated by this chapter. The reliability requirements of paragraph 7962-600.400(1)(b), 80F.A.C., shall not apply to such septic systems and other onsite closed-tank wastewater treatment systems.
95(3) The discharge limitation of subsection 10162-600.510(5), 102F.A.C., shall not be applicable to facilities permitted on or before January 1, 1982, that discharge into Class II waters or Class III waters which are subsequently reclassified as Class II waters.
