62-610.553. Minimum System Size

Effective on Thursday, April 1, 2021

1Reclaimed water from treatment facilities with a design average daily flow of less than 0.1 mgd shall not be used for ground water recharge or indirect potable reuse under the provisions of Part V of this chapter.
