62-730.181. Standards for the Management of Specific Hazardous Wastes and Specific Types of Hazardous Waste Management Facilities
1(1) The Department adopts by reference 740 C.F.R. Part 266 11revised as of 14July 1, 2018 17http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-10446, 19and as amended in the 84 Federal Register dated February 22, 2019 (5816-5950) 32http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-10780, 34with the exception of the optional addition of “267” to 44266.22, 266.70(d), 266.80(b), 266.101(c)(1), and 266.101(c)(2)50.
51(2) Owners or operators of facilities claiming exemption to regulations under 6240 C.F.R. 266.20(b) 65shall maintain detailed operations records that may be used to determine if the claim of exemption is valid. The records shall be retained for at least three years and be made available to the Department upon request.
