62-772.402. Exceptions to Competitive Procurement Requirements

Effective on Thursday, January 16, 2014

1(1)2For emergencies, the Department shall follow the procedures in Section 12287.057(3)(a), F.S. 14to mitigate immediate danger to the public health, safety, or welfare or other substantial loss to the state.

32(2)33For single source purchases, the Department shall follow the procedures in Section 45287.057(3)(c), F.S.
