62-772.600. Contract Terms and Conditions

Effective on Thursday, January 16, 2014

1(1) Terms and Conditions. Department contracts under this Chapter shall contain terms and conditions specified in Section 18287.058, F.S.

20(2) Payments, purchases, warrants, and invoices are subject to the provisions in Sections 33215.42, 34215.422, 35and 36112.061, F.S.

38(3) The Department will include contingency statements as applicable in contracts which require annual appropriation in accordance with Section 57287.0582, F.S.

59(4) The Department will include the provisions in Section 68287.0585, F.S. 70for late payments by contractors to subcontractors and suppliers and penalties, as applicable.
