62B-56. Bureau Of Beaches And Coastal Systems – Rules And Procedures For Using Sand-Filled Geotextile Dune Cores (Permits For Construction And Maintenance) |
1(1) Unless revoked or otherwise modified, the duration of the construction and maintenance phases of this permit are as follows:
21(a) The construction phase shall be no more than two years after issuance of permit.
36(b) The maintenance phase shall be p43erpetual 44for the life of the permitted structure.
51(2) If a permit expires without construction activity having been completed, all construction activity must cease and the site must be restored, including topography and native beach-dune vegetation. Failure to restore the site shall result in an order by the Department. Failure to comply with the terms of the order will provide grounds for the Department to use the financial assurance.
