62B-56. Bureau Of Beaches And Coastal Systems – Rules And Procedures For Using Sand-Filled Geotextile Dune Cores (Permits For Construction And Maintenance) |
1(1) Requests for major permit modifications, including additions, revisions, or structural modifications of the permitted project or activities, shall be reviewed and processed in the same manner as the initial application.
32(2) Minor modifications shall be reviewed and shall meet the requirements of Chapter 62B-56, F.A.C., applicable to the modification request; however they shall not be subject to the noticing requirements contained in Rule 6562B-56.070, 66F.A.C., and they will not restart the 90 day period as described in subsection 8062B-56.050(7), 81F.A.C.
82(3) Modifications shall be charged a fee pursuant to Rule 9262B-56.130, 93F.A.C., and subject to Rule 9862B-56.090, 99F.A.C.
