62B-56. Bureau Of Beaches And Coastal Systems – Rules And Procedures For Using Sand-Filled Geotextile Dune Cores (Permits For Construction And Maintenance) |
1(1) Each application for a new permit, major modification, or transfer to be considered by the Department pursuant to Section 21161.085(9), F.S., 23and this chapter, shall be accompanied by a processing fee. Monies from fees assessed pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the Florida Permit Fee Trust Fund.
51(2) The appropriate fee is to be submitted to the Department at the time of application. No permit application shall be considered complete until the required fee has been received by the Department. The fee schedule is as follows:
90(a) Reconstructed dune: $5,000 each for structures up to 100 feet in length, plus $500 for each additional 50 feet of length or portion thereof. For fee payment purposes, the length of the structure shall include returns. Note that $1,500 of the $5,000 is included for maintenance which will be refunded if the application is denied.
149(b) Major Modifications of Approved Permits: The fee for a major modification to a permit, which does not affect the length of a reconstructed dune feature, is $500.
177(c) Major modifications to a permit, which affect the length of a reconstructed dune, are $500 for each additional 50 feet of length or portion thereof.
203(d) Minor Modifications of Approved Permits: The fee for a minor modification to a permit is $250.
220(e) Permit Transfer Fee: $500.
