1The operator shall submit a plan of installation for the laying and construction of flowlines and gathering lines and associated structures. This plan shall include a detailed map showing location and complete design specifications of all lines and associated equipment. All such lines shall be designed, operated, inspected, tested, and repaired in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and practices. In the event of a leak the operator shall submit within one week a written report indicating the cause, effect, and remedial action taken to clean up any spill and prevent future occurrences.
