62D-5. Financial Assistance For Outdoor Recreation |
1Pursuant to subsection 462D-5.055(7), 5F.A.C., a total point score shall be assigned to each eligible application after an evaluation according to the application criteria which follows:
27(1) GENERAL CRITERIA.
30(a) The project implements the applicant’s adopted local comprehensive plan and: is included in the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) or schedule during the current or next three (3) fiscal years:

The project would provide for increased trail access by (a) connecting an existing, publicly owned and designated recreational trail with a project trail outside the project boundary; or (b) connecting two publicly designated trails outside of any park.
