63F-8. Policy Review For Contracted Delinquency Services |
1The Department shall:
4(1) Post the proposed policy, the draft Fiscal Impact Statement, and identifying information of the Department’s contact person on the Department’s internet site (http://www.djj.state.fl.us/partners/policies-resources/department-policies/policies-under-review).
28(2) Provide notice in the Florida Administrative Register advising the public that a proposed policy has been posted, that briefly describes the proposed policy and identifies the Department’s internet site. This notice begins the public comment period of 10 working days.
69(3) Prepare a written response to public comments submitted in that period.
81(4) Prepare a second draft of the proposed policy and Fiscal Impact Statement. Post the second draft of the proposed policy, the response of the Department to comments received, the Fiscal Impact Statement, and identifying information of the Department’s contact person on the Department’s internet site.
127(5) Post the policy on the Department’s internet site upon approval by the Secretary of the Department.
