63G-2.013. Purpose and Scope

1This rule establishes the standards and requirements for the provision of secure detention services for juveniles in centers operated by the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). These rules do not govern the operation of non-DJJ centers such as those run by county sheriff offices.
