63M-2.0043. Routine Notification of the Designated Health Authority Upon Admission

Effective on Sunday, March 16, 2014

1(1) In situations where a youth does not require immediate emergency transfer, the Designated Health Authority or designee must be notified of all youth admitted with a medical condition. This notification may be by telephone or verbally.

38(2) The notification shall be documented in the youth’s individual health care record (IHCR).
