63M-2.055. Health Department Reporting of Infectious Disease

Effective on Sunday, March 16, 2014

1(1) Any infectious disease outbreak shall be investigated and reported to the local County Health Department. The index case (youth) shall be interviewed as a part of the investigation.

30(2) The Designated Health Authority or Designee, PA or ARNP shall verify that information about communicable diseases has been provided to the Superintendent or Program Director.

56(3) Facilities that have three or more cases of any infectious disease shall report these cases, as required, to the local county health department.
