64B10-16.0025. Preceptor Training Seminar

Effective on Monday, January 9, 2017

1(1) To receive Board approval, preceptor training seminars shall consist of six (6) hours of training in the supervision of AITs and interns to include:
26(a) Concepts of mentorship;

30(b) Teaching techniques;

33(c) AIT program requirements;

37(d) Analysis of expectations and needs of AITs and preceptors; and,

48(e) Domains of practice.

52(2) To receive Board approval, preceptor refresher courses shall consist of two (2) hours of training in the areas listed in subsection (1).
