64B12-11.008. Initial Active Status License Fee

Effective on Monday, October 24, 1994

1Persons initially licensed in the first year of a biennial period shall pay the fee established in Rule 1964B12-11.003, 20F.A.C. Those persons initially licensed in the second year of the biennium shall pay one-half the fee established in Rule 4064B12-11.003, 41F.A.C.
