64B14-5.001. Licensure Renewal

Effective on Tuesday, March 30, 2010

1Each licensee, must renew his or her license no later than November 30 of each odd-numbered year. Each applicant shall remit the licensure renewal fee established in Rule 2964B14-2.002, 30F.A.C.
