64B14-7.005. Notice of Noncompliance

Effective on Sunday, June 22, 2014

1Pursuant to Sections 4120.695 5and 6456.073(3), F.S., 8the Board designates the following as minor violations for which the Board authorizes issuance of a notice of noncompliance for the first-time offense:

31(1) Renewal of a license by submitting a worthless check or dishonored electronic payment.

45(2) Failure to notify the Board of a change of current mailing address.
