64B16-25.170. Probable Cause Panel

Effective on Saturday, October 24, 2009

1(1) The determination as to whether probable cause exists to believe that a violation of Chapter 456, Part II, 465, 499, or 893, F.S., or of the rules promulgated thereunder, has occurred shall be made by the probabl39e 40cause panel. The panel shall meet as necessary.

48(2) The probable cause panel shall be composed of two (2) 59persons, either current or former board 65members appointed by the chairman of the Board. 73One appointee must be a current board member. The panel must include a former or current board member who is a licensed pharmacist. An appointee may be a former board member.
