64B16-28.10801. All Permits - Delivery of Medicinal Drugs.

Effective on Tuesday, October 29, 2019

1(1) Neither a pharmacy nor a pharmacist shall dispense or deliver any adulterated medicinal drugs.

16(2) All pharmacies regulated under 21C22hapter 465, F.S., must have and follow policies and procedures to ensure medicinal drugs are not adulterated as defined in 42Section 43499.006, F.S, 45at the time of reciept by the patient or their agent.

56(3) The policies and procedures must include providing instructions to the patient on reporting concerns with delivery and storage of medicinal drugs.
