64B16-31.041. Test and Treat Certification: Patient Records

Effective on Wednesday, October 28, 2020

1Upon receipt of a patient request, a pharmacist shall furnish patient records to a health care practitioner designated by the patient within a reasonable time frame, not to exceed 5 business days.
