64B16-32.001. Nonresident Pharmacy Permit

Effective on Thursday, November 3, 2016

1This permit is required before a pharmacy that is located outside the geographical boundaries of Florida can ship, mail, or deliver, in any manner, a dispensed medicinal drug into Florida.

31(1) This permit does not authorize the nonresident pharmacy to ship, mail, deliver, or dispense, in any manner, a compounded sterile product into Florida.

55(2) An applicant for a nonresident pharmacy permit shall submit an application using Form DH-MQA 1217 (eff. 07/16), “Nonresident Pharmacy Permit Application,” which is hereby incorporated by reference and available at 87http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07519 89or http://floridapharmacy.gov. Applicants for a nonresident pharmacy permit must comply with all requirements in Section 104465.0156, F.S.
