64B19-12.009. Continuing Education Provider Fees

Effective on Tuesday, December 25, 2012

1(1) The application fee and the renewal fee for Board approval of a continuing education provider is $250.00.

19(2) The application or renewal fee shall be paid to the Department of Health by May 31 of every even numbered year.
