64B19-12.013. Retired Status Fee

Effective on Monday, July 17, 2006

1The fee for retired status is $50.00. An active status licensee or inactive status licensee who chooses retired status at any time other than at the time of license renewal must pay the retired status fee plus a change-of-status fee set out in Rule 4564B19-12.006, 46F.A.C.
