64B3-11.005. Mandatory HIV/AIDS Education for Initial Licensure and Renewal

Effective on Tuesday, March 18, 2014

1Applicants for initial licensure and renewal shall complete a one hour HIV/AIDS continuing education course pursuant to Section 19381.0034, F.S., 21which shall be offered by an approved provider in accordance with Rule 3364B3-11.004, 34F.A.C., or be an approved provider of any Board within the Department’s Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
