64B6-3.003. Delinquent Status Licenses  


Effective on Tuesday, March 4, 2008
  • 1(1) The failure of any license holder to either renew the license or elect inactive status before the license expires shall cause the license to become delinquent.

    28(2) The delinquent status licensee must affirmatively apply for active or inactive status during the licensure cycle in which the license becomes delinquent. The failure by the delinquent status licensee to cause the license to be renewed, 65inactivated, 66or retired 68before the expiration of the licensure cycle in which the license became delinquent shall render the license null and void without further action by the Board or the Department.

    97(3) The delinquent status licensee who applies for license renewal, 107inactive, 108or retired 110status shall:

    112(a) File with the Board the completed application for license renewal, 123inactive, 124or retired 126status;

    127(b) Pay to the Board the license renewal fee, 136the inactive status fee, 140or the retired status 144fee, 145the delinquency fee, 148and if app151licable the processing fee; and

    156(c) If renewal is elected, demonstrate compliance with the continuing education requirements found in subsection 17164B6-5.001(1), 172F.A.C.
