64B8-45.004. Continuing Education Requirements for Reactivation of an Inactive or Delinquent License

Effective on Monday, May 22, 2006

1Any person seeking to reactivate an inactive, retired or delinquent license must submit proof of successful completion of fifteen hours per year of continuing education approved pursuant to this rule chapter for each year of inactive status.
