64B8-45.006. Continuing Education on HIV/AIDS

Effective on Monday, January 8, 2007

1(1) For 3the first 5renewal of licensure, licensees must complete a 12three 13hour course on Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) within the 24-month period prior to the expiration date of the license.

37(2) Each course on HIV/AIDS shall meet the requirements of Section 48456.033, F.S.

50(51352) Courses approved by any Board within the Division of Medical Quality Assurance of the Department of Health pursuant to Section 73456.033, F.S., 75are recommended by the Council and approved by the Board.
