64B8-51. Licensure Of Electrologists And Electrology Facilities |
Effective on Monday, February 11, 2008
1(1) In order to establish that an applicant is at least 18 years old, a copy of one of the following shall be submitted:
25(a) Birth certificate,
28(b) Passport,
30(c) Driver’s license.
33(2) In order to establish that an applicant has a high school diploma or a graduate equivalency diploma, a copy of the diploma shall be submitted. An applicant from a foreign country who does not have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma shall submit equivalent documentation from a credentialling agency.
