1Facilities occupied by 50 or more persons shall be supervised by a resident supervisor who may be the operator or the operator's agent or employee. All persons designated as camp supervisors shall be jointly responsible with the camp operator for the maintenance of the facility. The name, telephone number, address or instructions on how to locate the operator and supervisor shall be kept posted in a prominent and conspicuous location in the camp at all times. A telephone easily accessible to all occupants of the facility shall be maintained during periods of operation. Operable pay phones will meet this requirement.
