64J-2.020. Acute Care Hospital Trauma Registry

Effective on Friday, January 1, 2016

1Each hospital as defined by Section 7395.002(12), F.S., 9except for a long term care hospital as defined in Section 20408.032, F.S., 22shall document and submit to the department patient care data in accordance with the format and time frame specified in the Florida Acute Care Trauma Registry Manual, January 1, 2016 edition, which is incorporated by reference and available from the department, or at 65http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-0617967.
