65-2.069. Intentional Program Violation Disqualification Hearings

Effective on Monday, April 2, 2018

1(1) The hearings officer of the Office of Appeal Hearings shall conduct intentional program violation disqualification hearings. These hearings shall be conducted in accordance with regulations published by the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service in 407 C.F.R. 273.16.

43(2) The provision for an individual to waive an intentional program violation disqualification hearing is an option of the Food Stamp Act of 1977, 677 U.S.C. 2011 70et seq., as amended, and included in 777 C.F.R. 273.16.
