65C-15. Child-Placing Agencies |
Effective on Monday, November 26, 2018
1(1) All child-placing agencies shall conduct adoption home studies in accordance with rules 1465C-16.002 15and 1665C-16.005, 17F.A.C.; however, private adoption agencies are exempt from the requirements of subsections 2965C-16.005(4)-30(5), F.A.C.
32(2) All private adoption agencies shall provide the Department copies of the educational materials provided by the agency to the adoptive parents in accordance with subparagraph 63.902(3)(e), Florida Statutes, prior to the initial licensure or re-licensure.
