65C-30. General Child Welfare Provisions |
1(1) The case manager shall immediately report to the supervisor a pending birth, a child born into a family, or any other circumstance adding a new child who is living in a home that is under supervision.
38(2) The case manager shall visit the home where the new child will or already resides and conduct an assessment to determine the safety of the new child in the home. The assessment shall be filed with the court.
77(3) The case manager shall staff the case with his or her supervisor to determine if any actions are needed, including a consultation with Children’s Legal Services regarding the filing of a petition on the new child.
114(4) In all cases, 118modifications to the existing safety plan shall be made to address the new child.
132(5) The new child’s name and demographics shall be entered into FSFN as part of the existing case immediately upon learning of the child’s presence.
