65C-33.011. Certification Revocation

1(1) 2The Third-Party Credentialing Entity is responsible for certification revocation.

11(2) 12The Department, community-based care agencies, sheriffs’ offices, and their contracted providers shall report all ethical violations of any certified child protection professional to the Third Party Credentialing Entity.
