1These rules shall apply to all residential treatment centers, including therapeutic group homes, under contract with the department or the agency to provide treatment services to children with an emotional disturbance or serious emotional disturbance who are admitted to services pursuant to Chapter 39 or 394, F.S. These rules shall also apply to providers that serve children through age 20 who are committed under Section 985.6719, 68F.S.
