65G-2.005. License Denial, Suspension or Revocation

Effective on Tuesday, July 1, 2014

1(1) A license to operate a residential facility is not assignable and is valid only for the entity, premises, and purposes specified in the license.

26(2) A change of licensee or a move of the facility to another location shall result in the revocation of the license.
