66A-2.001. Purpose

1Pursuant to Section 4374.976, F.S., 6the West Coast Inland Navigation District (WCIND) is authorized to undertake additional programs intended to alleviate the problems associated with its waterways. The purpose of this Rule Chapter is to set forth WCIND’s policies and procedures implementing such program, which shall be known hereafter as WCIND’S Waterway Development Program (WDP or the Program).
