67-21.015. Use of Bonds with Other Affordable Housing Finance Programs

Effective on Wednesday, June 28, 2023

1(1) Applicants may submit one Application for the MMRB Program and Non-Competitive Housing Credits, subject to the restrictions set forth in the Non-Competitive Application Package.

26(2) Applicants that receive funding from other programs and the Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond Program shall comply with the requirements of the applicable program rule, a competitive solicitation, and this rule.
