67-21. Non-Competitive Affordable Multifamily Rental Housing Programs (Mmrb/Hc) |
1The Corporation and the Credit Underwriter shall collect via check or money order the following non-refundable fees and charges in conjunction with the HC Program, as outlined in the Non-Competitive Application instructions, a competitive solicitation, the invitation to enter Credit Underwriting, the Preliminary Determination, or this rule chapter, as applicable:
51(1) Application fee.
54(2) Credit Underwriting fees.
58(3) Administrative fees.
61(4) Compliance monitoring fees.
65(5) Construction inspection fees.
69(6) Qualified Contract Package fees.
74(7) Processing fees.
77Failure to pay any fee associated with a Housing Credit Allocation shall cause the Housing Credit Allocation to be rescinded. Where a Development has been awarded funding under the MMRB Program and a Housing Credit Allocation, failure to pay any fee associated with either the MMRB or Housing Credits, or both, shall result in the termination or default, as applicable, of the MMRB and rescission of the Housing Credit Allocation.
