67-49.005. Responsibility of Bidders

Effective on Wednesday, February 28, 2018

1The failure of a Bidder to supply required information in connection with a competitive solicitation shall constitute nonresponsiveness with respect to its Response. If a determination of nonresponsiveness is made by the Corporation, the Response will not be considered.
