67-49.008. Identical (Tie) Responses

Effective on Sunday, September 14, 2003

1In the event of a tie, the Corporation shall give preference in the award process to the Response certifying a drug-free workplace has been implemented in accordance with Section 30287.087, F.S. 32If a tie continues to exist, Florida Housing shall give preference to minority business enterprises as defined in Section 51288.703, F.S.
