67-49.013. Contracts; Terms, Amendments, Renewals

  • 1(1) Each contract shall embody all provisions and conditions of the procurement including at a minimum:

    17(a) Requirements that bills or fees for services or expenses be submitted in detail sufficient for audit;

    34(b) Requirements that travel expense bills or reimbursements not exceed the maximums provided in Sections 49112.061(6) 50and (7), F.S.;

    53(c) A clear statement of the scope of services and deliverables required by the contractor;

    68(d) Criteria for, and schedules of, payments owed by the Corporation; and,

    80(e) Provision for termination, including termination by the Corporation for failure to comply with Section 95119.0701, F.S.

    97(2) Each contract may provide for amendment agreed in writing by the parties.

    110(3) Each contract may provide for renewal periods not to exceed three years or the original term of the contract, whichever is longer.

    133(a) Fees may be renegotiated as part of the renewal.

    143(b) Renewals shall be contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluation by 153the Corporation and subject to the availability of funds.

    162(4) Contracts shall be executed by the Executive Director or a designee.
