68-1.007. Wildlife Violator Compact, Implementation  


Effective on Monday, January 1, 2007
  • 1(1) Pursuant to Section 3769.2255, 7F8.9S10., 11the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission hereby recognizes recreational license suspensions or revocations imposed on residents of this state by another participating Wildlife Violator Compact state, for the following violations:

    41(a) Accumulated Wildlife Violations;

    45(b) Illegal Take or Possession of Big Game;

    53(c) Federal Wildlife Violations;

    57(d) Felony Wildlife Violation;

    61(e) Illegal Take or Possession of Fish;

    68(f) License Violations, Fraud, False Statement;

    74(g) Illegal Take or Possession of other Wildlife;

    82(h) Violations While on Revocation;

    87(i) Illegal Take or Possession of Small Game or Migratory Birds;

    98(j) Sale/Purchase of Wildlife;

    102(k) Illegal Take or Possession of Threatened or Endangered Species;

    112(l) Tag/Permit/License Transfer;

    115(m) Waste of Wildlife.

    119(2) Non-resident violators.

    122(a) Under the provisions of the Wildlife Violator Compact, a non133-134resident who has a suspended or revoked license or privilege from another state will not be eligible to purchase a license in this state during the term of the license or privilege suspension or revocation.

    169(b) A resident of 173Florida 174who has been issued a recreational license that has not yet expired, and who subsequently moves out of state, will be considered a 197Florida 198resident for purposes of this rule and treated as provided in subsection (1).
